Emily Calhoun is the Writer, Producer and Director of The Last Glimmer. Emily is a Jill of many trades, with 8 years of experience working on documentary, investigative, and unscripted programming, most recently as Associate Producer for We Break Things, a documentary about hackers. Five years ago, she quit her job as the Research Director of a think tank, picked up a video camera, and started making her own motion pictures. She writes, ghost-writes, edits and proofreads words; produces and edits video; and serves as a creative consultant for artists and artisans. From PBS docs to Hollywood features, Emily has played many roles in production, but The Last Glimmer is Emily’s debut as a narrative-format producer and director.
